2. What Commonfold uses

Marketing site

We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, social-media tracking, or behavioural analytics cookies on commonfold.space. Basic hosting infrastructure may process short-lived technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.

Authenticated application

app.commonfold.space uses first-party and provider-managed cookies or browser storage that are strictly necessary to authenticate you, secure the session, route you back after sign-in, and keep requested workspace preferences such as the active space or interface layout. Exact cookie names and durations may change as the authentication provider protects and updates the service.

3. Why there is no cookie banner

Commonfold currently does not set optional marketing or analytics cookies that require a consent choice. Essential authentication and security cookies are used only when needed to provide the application you request. A banner that asks you to accept tracking we do not use would be misleading.

If we introduce an optional cookie or similar technology that requires consent, it will remain off until you make a clear choice, and you will be able to withdraw that choice as easily as you gave it.

4. Your browser controls

You can inspect, block, or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, sharing, security, or saved workspace preferences from working correctly. The public marketing pages remain available without signing in.
