Product help and feedback
Email feedback@commonfold.space for product questions, bug reports, accessibility feedback, or ideas. If you are reporting a problem, include the approximate time it happened, your device and operating-system version, and a screenshot if it is safe to share one. Do not send passwords or authentication codes.
Account and privacy requests
You can delete your account directly in the iOS app under You → Account → Delete account. For a privacy request, email privacy@commonfold.space. We may need to verify that the request came from the account owner.

Before you contact us

- Try closing and reopening Commonfold once.
